Pole and ceiling cameras for cobot safety zones. SAM 3.1 masks and Qwen3-VL/Pixtral inference at the edge — Pixtral on Hailo-10H, Qwen3-VL on Jetson Orin Nano Super or NVIDIA IGX Thor.

Wireless vibration sensors on rotating assets capture RMS, kurtosis, crest factor, envelope spectra, and band-power features at the edge — only feature vectors leave the cabinet. Acoustic-emission sensors detect bearing wear earlier than vibration thanks to higher frequency sensitivity. PANNs CNN14 classifies fingerprinted assets continuously; YAMNet emits embeddings on-device so raw audio never leaves the perimeter.
